We must understand the threats your business or organization faces before developing a security plan to mitigate them. We assess every danger your business might encounter, analyze them, and produce a detailed written document for your business or organization.  We will present this assessment to you and your staff, explain the risks posed by the threats, and discuss the management of these risks.

Every business or organization has instituted security measures to protect itself.  Once we understand the business or organization's threats, we assess the current security measures against these threats.  We provide you with the results of this assessment and a plan to improve these measures if necessary. We provide our recommendations in phases, so you have the flexibility for implementation.

Once we have explained the risks from the threats and assessed your security measures, we develop a security plan to mitigate these risks.  We will present this plan, provide you with our recommendations, and discuss phased implementation should you decide to execute it.  As consultants, we are not aligned with any technology or vendor but rather focus on the solution to the problem.  Therefore, we will recommend the most effective, cost-efficient solution to mitigate each risk we have identified. We also have certified project managers on our staff who can assist you with managing your execution if you decide to implement all or part of the plan.

Red River Consulting can bring in experts from the security community to consult on your threats and risks. Jim's 39 years of experience in the intelligence and security communities allows him to reach out to experts from all security disciplines to solve a problem. As required, he can consult with experts in criminal investigations, background investigations, cyber forensics, technical surveillance, and other fields. So even though Red River Consulting may be a new company, we can leverage expertise in all the disciplines to mitigate your risks.
